EBTKS Challenge -Box Top!!

I am always intrigued by Everything But The Kitchen Sink Challenge. I simply love to incorperate household items (toothpicks, wrapping paper...etc) to be part of my creation. Thinking outside the box (box top, that is) is definitely good for the soul!
The current challenge requires the use of Box Top. Yup, the box top from cereal, packaged cookies/crackers... I went to my pantry and took a serious look and found these...
I didn't want to alter the look of box top and pretty it all up. I want to achieve the look of "homespun". So then I decided to use the little "pocket" from the opening of the cereal box. So here's the "result"!
There is a hidden message if you pull the tab out...
Sources: Basic Grey Paper, Cereal box top, Library card (FREE download at Pine Is Here), Hero Arts stamps, button, Martha Stewart ribbons, faux stitching. This was rather fun to make. Don't be surprised if I come up with another...
Thanks so much for watching me creating something fun from a box top. This card is mailed off to my daughter Stephanie who is in the 3rd year university in Environmental Science. She can proudly use this card for her friend's upcoming birthday since she loves recycling. Don't we all?
