The Envelopes Please!

The time has come! My 15-year old David is leaving for his Latin trip to Italy this Sunday. There are 13 of them (parents/teachers and students) going to this trip and I'm not included! At the last meeting, his Latin teacher, Ms. Hensel, asked all travelers to keep all the receipts together and will need them upon their return. So that got me thinking to make something for the group....
I love this kind of "random stamping" ( that's what I would call it). No skills or brain required really.

Well, OK , I did give some thought to the "designs"!!  Dr. John said: "Is this what you did all day today?" I retorted : "Yes, it's hard labor!!" (LOL).
I so needed to do this...just for my piece of mind and happiness (my very selfish reason).
And yes, David's travel mates will really put these into good use. They can keep their receipts, museum stubs, tickets...it will be a great keepsake after the trip, too! Bon Voyage, David!

David and his friends will be sure to appreciate your labor of love and what a fantastic idea to use up some of these traveling stamps too, right? What a cute idea!
Your envelopes came out adorable.
I see that your son is traveling with EF Tours. I've actually traveled with that company before. Twice! And I had a fabulous time on both occasions. Your son is going to Loveee it!
How exciting!
I wish I had one of these envelopes when I went to Europe! LoL. Instead, I had to sort through my pockets and purses once I got home. Having one of your envelopes would have made things so much easier! haha

Thanks for sharing! :)

Sure hope David and the others have the time of their life. It will be a trip of a lifetime for all of them and make for some very fond memories (not to mention special friendships). This is a great way to put creativity to practical use!!! And what did Dr. John do all day? huh? taking care of sick and needy patience? puhLease, stamping is hard work, like walking in the park and eating cake at the same time!!! it's serious business!!! LOL
