Inspired by....Stephanie!

Have you every been inspired by your family member? Well, not too often we have fellow card-maker in the same family. I know it's not uncommon, but for me, that's quite a treat/novelty. Since my daughter Stephanie is in college, she is an occasional card-maker. She only makes card when there are special occasions or she happens to be "in the mood" (which is not often). But I do like her cool ideas and fresh take on things. Take the card she made in this post Stephanie's Bicycle Cards, she had such creative ideas about the bicycle cards!
So when I acquired my new Hero Arts Bicycle stamp, I was inpired by her cards.
Thus I made this one!
I used the Row of House for the background and used the partial embossed folder's pattern for the road.
I think this will make a nice manly card. Thank you, Stephanie, for the inspiration! I'm also sharing what I got for Mother's Day morning....from my beloved Stephanie and David.
Here's the lovely card that David made for me with my stash.
This is what he wrote inside the card (noticed Dear "Mother"...!!? he says that when he wants to make me laugh, he calls me Mommy still )
He's not the most descriptive 15-year old boy...but, oh....what a sweetie!
