Have You "Hugged" a Background Stamp Lately?

I have been having fun with the BIG background stamps, namely, the Village
and Music Background. Just sharing a few cards using these stamps. I decided to use just part of the village image as the focal point. I did make good use of the Martha Stewart Scoring board for the folds.
WISHING YOU love and laughter
Here I used the subtle colors of Music Background for this vintage card.
Birthday girl
I decided to embossed the Music Background in white and added an angel....
Let the angel sing
Here I used the Village image for the Snow Globe
with the faded Village in the background.
Village Snow Globe

To me, stamping is most fun when I find more creative ways of using them. Hope this post will make you look at your stamps in a different perspective!

Great uses of the background stamps Virginia! I love the village one but couldn't think how O would get much use out of it.... you're convincing me it would be a good addition to my rapidly growing collection!!

Love the snow globe too, and how you just used the globe part of the image- I love snow globes, may have to add that one to the list too now you've shown me how to use it year round by just not inking the snowman!

Great cards, always inspired by your talent x
