Happy 50th Birthday, Dr. John!!

It's a VERY special day in our family today! My hubby Dr. John turns 50!! I met John when I was 22...and it has been a beautiful blessing to have him in my life.
John is the strong silent type as he never puts himself in the center of the attention (unlike me someone else in the family) and always keeps calm and cool. He is extremely intelligent and can recite anything complicated or trivial from his memory! John is well respected by his patients and friends and is conscientious in all things he does. John is the funniest person that I have ever known. He amuses me with the wittiest comments.
Through my card-making hobby, he traveled tirelessly with me to meet my blog friends, tracked down the craft stores in the USA, hunted down the deals that I can get....and meanwhile, he still dreams about using Cuttlebug with my credit card with Swiss Dots folder. He thinks it will be COOL!
Happy 50th Birthday, Dr. John!
Dr. John has a few hobbies that he would like to pursue more-photography, lego-building, cycling, and traveling. When he retires, he thinks about having a blog AND he already told me about his blog name:  "No, John, Noooo...!".
Happy Birthday, dearest John!

PS: Thank you for the wonderful comments in the last few blog posts. I will work on drawing up a random winner from 416 comments. The winner will be announced in the next few days. Please stay tuned...

OH VIRGINIA! What a SWEET TRIBUTE to your SWEET HUSBAND, JOHN!! :)
Yes, I'd have to agree that John is the strong, silent type.......I admire him SO MUCH! :) I remember the first time that I met him.......he met me at the door of the hotel. He was soft spoken, but I remembered how FUNNY he really is!:) I felt so comfortable with him and what a GENTLEMAN he is! :) Yes, you're are blessed, but it goes both ways.....you have a mutal respect for each other that will carry you through the roughest times (IF there ever are any??). Anyway, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JOHN"! I count you among my SPECIAL friends, too! :) Great card, Virginia. I'll bet that it was John's FAVORITE card, right?! You're a sweetie, too! :) Love, Karen xoxo
