Mother's Day Cards with SRM Stickers

Today I'm sharing the Mother's Day project with the SRM Stickers. I think flowers and children are wonderful tributes to Motherhood. So that's my theme for Mother's Day cards. Here's a little video from my son's piano playing (taped last Sunday) in case you need some nice soothing Bach music. I used Quick Cards-Mother 52026 for the sentiment.
A close-up. Here's the stamp I used (CG194 Stencil Flower)

This image Musical Walk reminds me of my daughter Stephanie and my son David. Since they are 5 years apart, Stephanie often acts as the leader of the two--she is strong and protective of her brother. It's true that Stephanie would take her brother's hand (literally) to do all sorts of games and fun adventures they may have. David looked up to Stephanie and follows on her advice (although he will not admit that-LOL)! When Stephanie took up cello and piano when she was young, David asked earnestly to learn the same instruments. When Stephanie takes Pre-Ap courses and Latin in high school, so did David....the lists go on and on. I'm so blessed to be their Mom!!
For more inspiration from the DT, please visit the SRM Sticker Blog! I know you will not be disappointed as there are 16 cards/page in the blog!  You can leave me comment there ,too!
Have a blessed day!

Hi Virginia, sorry I re-named your talented son... it's very early here in the UK and I missed the letter 'D' and hit the 'S' instead! Jo x

WOW! David is improving! Beautifully done, David! This sounds like something written for the harpsichord? And Mom, your cards are equally lovely, too - loved your little story about Stephanie taking David's hand, and the resulting card. Wonderful post today!

Loved reading about Stephanie and Davids early childhood relationship. I don't think that it will ever change, either. You've done a GREAT job of raising them. I love reading how that musical walk stamp reminds you of your children. Now I see it my own too having a girl first and a boy second, and how well they play together and how I can get Carter to eat something by having Ariel tell him how much she likes it! I've been thinking of her talking to him about potty training! I love hearing your son play! :> And such beautiful cards!! :>
