You're Sew Nice!

I am so overwhelmed by your sweet and positive comments in the past few days. I hope I didn't tired you out from coming to my blog yet! ... Here's my card for today. This sentiment just says how I feel about all of you out there!
you're sew nice
My number of followers is over 300 ( Yes,Virginia!!). To mark this little milestone, I have another give away.  I want to send this card out to one of YOU along with some small craft goodies. I will make a random drawing from this post (this post only)

Here's the question: I'd like to know what is your favorite kind of cards to make or what style is closest to your heart (Fun and Cute, Clean and Graphic, Shabby Chic, Vintage, Classy and Elegant...). Not sure? This site offers some fine examples of styles. You have to answer the question to be eligible for the random draw before Apr. 22 midnight Eastern time. Have fun!

i'm somewhere between all of them. It all depends on my mood at the time, probably classy and elegant would be my 'go to' method. I do a lot of the other styles as well. Thanks for the chance.

I would ordinarily say I don't know, but I notice that I do a lot of vintage type cards. I guess they appeal to my sense of fun, glamor, color and all that jazz:)

Virginia, thank you for offering some goodies!

Well Virginia... starting off with loving your card... and what's my style... I don't have one in particular... I like elegant and clean and graphic and I think that is me the most... but I love Shabby Chic but struggle a bit at times.... and I do do Cutesy at times.... wherever the mood takes me.

Love this sweet card, V! 300 followers! Wow, that's awesome! So nice of you to do a giveaway. I don't know that I really have a favorite style. I do know that I love making cards with flowers that I can color. Thanks for the chance to win some goodies! :)

Hi Virginia!

Congrats on all the followers! You make such wonderful cards and give us original and amazing ideas, it doesn't surprise me!!! I had fun looking at that site you mention, my fave style is clean and graphic. Those cards always attract me the most, like this card you display here, I think that also fits that style! I do like to take a sidepath sometimes, to keep it interesting and love watching all style cards, but this clean and graphic always gets me the most! Love it!! I have some blogging friends who are sooooo good in this, hope to be that good one day as well, because, even though they sometimes look simple, it's soooo difficult to keep the card that simple, with everything in just the right place!
What's your favorite style?
Wishing you a wonderful day!
Hugs, ,Wendy

Congratulations with 305 followers (at this moment).

What a lovely card! I like your CAS-style a lot.

I don't think that there's a style I can call my own or say of I love to make. I like many things and I'm still looking what suits me best. It also depends on my mood and for who the card will be I'm making.

I think the style closest to my heart would be classy and elegant, but I tend to make whatever my mood dictates (or the challenges). Thanks for the link to all the different examples. Congratulations on reaching over 300 followers!!!

Great card. I probably make fun and cute cards the most but depending on the occasion or person I make different kinds like classy and elegant.

Your card is "sew" sweet, Virginia, and you deserve every bit of love!! I like to pile on the "stuff" lately, so I guess I'm shabby chic or vintage right now......aspiring to be more CAS!!

Ok--love this card! I think it's up on my list as one of my fav Virginia Lu cards! Thanks for the link to Moxie Fab post on card styles; I never really defined myself, because I due like to experiment a bit, but overall I think I'm a Classy and Elegant card maker (and hopefully person too!)

Oops--I meant "do" not "due" in my post above--great English teacher, eh? I was likely thinking "due" because my Report Card marks are "DUE" today--but no worries, got those done! Just checking my favourite blogs on my lunch break!

Congrats on 300! I follow your blog on Google Reader, I hope that counts for your numbers.

My favourite cards to make are birthday cards and I'm still figuring out what style I like best - that's why my stamp, paper & supply stashes keep growing. ;-)

Ooo - good question. I used to be a combo of shabby chic and vintage, but now there's a bit of classy and elegant thrown in. I have a hard time doing "cute!"
