CAS-ual Fridays Challenge #10

TGIF!! It's CAS-ual Fridays time!

Are you into getting in shape? Well, look no more! We are having a shape challenge and there is no exercise required! The theme is to create a CAS shaped card using a template or fun shape. Anything but square or rectangle.

 Our sponsor is Paper Smooches

Guest designer: Leigh Ann Baird

Please go here to check out the fabulous prize and inspiration! You will not disappoint, I promise you! I am lucky to get a Paper Smooches shape to work with. You can buy them here. They are only $2 each. It's so great to mass produce, too! Boy, the choices are so many that I had a hard time to pick one! Finally I chose the shape that is dear and true to me--an Apron shape!

SWEET PIE

I used bright color combo for this apron and I love the result! Some masking (for the border) and stamping are all what were required ! I stamped the back side of the utensils for colors and then stamped the utensils in Tuxedo black...and there you have it! I can think of more possibilities to decorate this apron! Can you?
Have fun and please link your creation to CAS-ual Fridays by Wednesday, July 13 midnight Eastern Time. Can't wait to see what shape you are in!

edited note: And oh....I'm VERY happy to report that I have one card picked up by Paper Crafts magazine for Jan/Feb 2012 issue! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for cheering me on for the Gallery Idol.  It's just as well that I didn't make the list as I will be off to ho take a blog break for our 25th anniversary celebration. I'm also featured in My Scrapbook Nook . What an honor! If you have time, please check it out.

Big congrats on the PC pick up. I got a project picked up for the Sketch 2 (I think that's what yours was, too), so we may be "page-mates." :) Also congrats on being featured on My Scrapbook Nook! You're on a roll!
