It's POOL time!

Hello, there! Are you enjoying your summer yet? I'm happy to share some exciting SRM wands with you today. I used Live Life-Wet N' Wild  to decorate the wands.

The stickers are so fun and colorful. I used the colors for my inspiration. 

The wands were filled with Cotton Candy-flavored jelly beans. I die cut two pieces of Inverted Scallop circles and punched two small circles through and strung them over the wands' top. Just add ribbons and stickers and secure the circles with threads ! Done!

These are perfect for a pool party and can be used as the centerpiece for the table! For more inspiration, please visit the SRM blog.

Wedding Dress Card

Today I'm sharing a wedding card that I made a while ago. Initially I made this card based on the color combo in Papercraft challenge in April, but I missed the deadline! So I ended up "sell" it to a good friend of mine who needs a wedding card for a blonde-haired couple. Mr friend insisted on paying me!

I used the Congratulations ribbons that my friend Cathy A. gave me and the gown was made with white tissue paper. The sentiment is from SRM Stickers. I'm not sure if this card is good enough for Gallery Idol. Thanks for stopping by!

One Layer Wednesday # 59

So here's my yellow flower card. Don't ask me what the green dots are...they are just random stamping from one of the stamps. All stamps are from Hero Arts.

And  then..there is this ladybug card. I was prompted by the CREATE Blog challenge to make an animal-shaped card. Guess where my inspiration came from?

 Notice the lady bug? I copied the shape and used my oval shape Spellbinders. I was so happy to have that little "discovery" :)

There is no stamping required. I think this is a fun project for the kids to make. It requires two biggest oval for the card base( I traced the rims of the large oval and hand cut them), one smaller red oval from the diecut with embossed background for textures.  The "head"  is from one of the oval that was trimmed 1/4 off. The kids can punch out the black circles and cut out the legs....All you need to do is help pre-cut all the ovals and let the kids assemble!
