Another NEW Stamp!

I have been using this set called FRIEND-you are the best. However, this is the first time I used the scalloped heart image. It is so delicate and it begged me to use it with vellum (thanks to the challenge in CREATE Blog). Since Hero Arts is having the monthly challenge with the theme of love, I will enter the challenge just for fun!
Here is my take on vellum and the new image
i love you
I embossed the bottom half of the white card stock and stamped two hearts side by side. Then I added the stamped vellum heart and used pop dots for the added dimension. The SRM stickers (sentiment) was applied directly over the vellum. The translucency adds a lovely feel to the card. Hope you like it!
Since Wee Memories is having a challenge using NEW things (new techniques, stamps, products,...etc), I thought I would entered since I am using a new stamp!
Hope your new year is going off with a great start! I have been a good girl and have kept up with the 30 min. a day routine so far. Only....361 days to go, that's all ;)

I love the embossing. Fabulous Virginia! I'm not on a roll...ran with my neighbor on Monday, but yet to get back to it this week. Must get motivated!

The softness of the vellum adds such a nice touch to this sweet card. Love that you added a bit of asymmetry with the pearls, too.

Wow - this card is so delicate and dear! Vellum sort of scares me, so you have inspired me to dig it back out and give it a try. Love the delicate vs the boldness - it works so well.
