Longwood Garden Visit

As you may remember, my family and I were in Philadelphia to visit my brother-in-law's place this past Christmas. They live only 15 min. drive from the famous Longwood Gardens. We almost always pay a visit there every time we are in Philly. This past visit was another awesome one! If you want to take a break from viewing cards and enjoy some flower/garden photos, this post is for YOU!
(photo credit: my daughter Stephanie took all the amazing close-up shots )

Thank you for the visit :)

Your daughter's pictures are incredible, I've been trying to master that closeup shot thing for a long time - and she seems to have it down. Also, surprisingly, even though I live in Philly now I still haven't had a chance to fully explore Longwood Gardens. I've sung a few holiday choir concerts there, but it was always cold and at night. I'll have to put it on my to do list! Thanks for sharing!!

Those gardens look fantastic! I love the orchids! I have the same hibiscus in my front yard, as well as a massive bird of paradise plant. I must try to capture them in photos. :-) Your daughter is a talented photographer.
