Tuesday's Trigger

I wasn't going to play Tuesday Trigger (see Three Little Birdsthis week since I have my chores piling up. The washed laundry have been sitting in front of the TV like a mountain for days! I figure that they are not going anywhere... So what's the harm, right? The bird images have been calling my name!! I have this little birdie image from Bold Pop Designs and I thought it should work!
I have to admit, but this little card took me several tries to get it just to the way I want. First I got the colors wrong and then I wasn't happy with the composition. Then I tried to turn  the bird facing the other way....
 just missing you
Lesson from this card? NEVER underestimate the power of the little stamps. This bird stamp is the smallest from the set, but it sure speaks volumes when used appropriately.

Thanks for stopping by!

The simpler cards are so often the most difficult, aren't they? You got it with this one, a perfect combo of balance and color. Love this Trigger and your take!
