You're a Vision

I am sharing a fun card today with the spectacles in mind. Moxie Fab World's Spectacular Spectacles Challenge was calling my name again!

And.....there is the latest pair of glasses and eyes!
you're a vision
Card stock: Bazzill Basics
Cling stamp: Formula Fun (Hero Arts)
Clear stamp: Clear to See (Lawn Fawn)
Ink: Versamark, Distress Ink (weathered Wood)
Embossing Powder: Stampendous (white, detail), Martha Stewart Pastel (red)
Die: Spellbinder (Label 7)
Accents: gems (black, Hero Arts), 3-D Pop Dots (EK Success)

There will be more Spectacular Spectacles cards to come! Not over yet.
And JUST in case you wonder what I do with the too many cards I made....?
This past Sunday I donated them to the university students at my local church. As I live in an university town, we do have a large university student population and most of them are living away from home. The students were happy to have a handmade card to give to their beloved moms and I made more room for new cards. I think I may do that more than just for Mother's Day occasion.  I strongly recommend this if  you can do the same for the local community. It's a win win situation :)

Great idea Virginia. I have a STACK of cards... I do sell the odd one at work but each year I sell and donate the takings at my children's old school Gala.

Oh, Virginia, this is such a fun card! Love that you come up with so many variations on a theme so effortlessly!

Good idea for the cards you make! I have sold a lot of my cards in the past and use some of them for when they are appropriate for the occasion. Always have some leftovers, though.

That is a very giving idea, I usually get cleaned out when I give them to my kids teachers as an end of the year gift, but once those rascals hit college, I will use your idea!

I love the formula background and how you put EYES with the glasses!

And yes, that lego store mini was SO worth 4 hours (especially when you find out that it's going for hundred of $ on ebay!) Ahhh, papercrafting & lego, two very expensive hobby. I hope I don't get into photography later =_="
