Sending You Love

Today I am sharing one of the reject unchosen cards for publication. Even though it was not selected, I still like it a lot! Somehow the color combo and the green ribbons are so soothing together, don't you think?
1. sending you love
sending you love      4 ¼” x 5 ½ “
Supplies:
Card stock: White and kraft  (Recollections), Bazzill Basics
Stamps: Antique Flowers and Butterflies by Hero Arts-Sizzix, Type (sentiment) by Hero Arts
Inks: Shadow Ink (Soft Brown) by Hero Arts, Distress Ink (Antique Linen) by Ranger
Fibers: Martha Stewart Seam Binding
Accessories: pearls by Hero Arts
Tool: Cuttlebug , Distress Applicator (by Ranger)
1.    Make card from card stock
2.    Stamp Dogwood image in Soft Brown and die cut the butterflies, make 6 pieces (one stamped, 5 without inking), then glue together all pieces to create chip board.
3.    Stamp the background and distress the edges in Antique Linen, stamp sentiment
4.    Adhere the chip board to the center
5.    Tie a bow, add pearls

Two more good deeds today! I am going to take a blog break here in August. I think YOU need a blog break from me, right!?
(edited: blog break starts in two weeks...)!
