Signature Style

CASE Study Challenge blog is turning 2!! I had been immensely inspired by the monthly muses in the last few months when I participated. The latest challenge is to showcase your "signature style" (details here)
I often dodge the question about what my signature style is. From the Moxie Fabber interview and discussions with other blog friends, I often say that I am just a simple stamper without any particular style! But as I continue to blog about card-making, it is not hard to see that I like to create something simple with some sort of fun technique involved. I also like to incorporate Basic Grey paper and a bit of blings/pearls. You often see bright and cheery stamped images in my cards. So there, I guess that's my signature style--clean, simple with a touch of sweetness.
I think the following card depicts my style nicely.

Here is a closer look. I do like to add my own "sweet" factor! I love the blings! I stamped the images from the colored paper that I created with alcohol inks! Yummy, huh?
Hope you have a sweet day!

I totally agree with your description of your style, Virginia. Of course, I could add additional words such as beautiful, classic and understated with a dramatic flair ... My style is CAS, but I don't think I can describe it beyond that. I'll keep thinking and see if I can define it a bit bettr. I love how you work with alcohol inks and create lovely papers. (I hope to do the same one day.)

As someone that clearly has no signature style (I'm talking about me). Your style is super sweet. Often times I see a card and say "that looks like a Virginia card" and it is :)

Love how you created the papers with alcohol inks! This card is so pretty and the bling is just right. I don't like that question either about my style, but I like how you have defined yours. I just wish I could narrow it to one paper company!!! I've recently started describing my style as colorful and relatively CAS. ???

I can't describe my style either, other than "nomad" because there are so many fun techniques out there! I think you described yourself perfectly. Always a touch of happy and sweetness in everything you touch! I love the way you colored the cupcake and beverage. So pretty!

Perfect! I would add "adventurous" and "fun" to the description of your style. You always add something a little unexpected or experimental or just plain new. :-)
