Flowers in a Jar

First of all, a big thank-you for stopping by for the Hero Arts Hostess Blog Hop and especially to those who are the new followers to my little blog. Your kind comments all made me smile! I appreciate each one of them! Just in case that you can't get enough of the creations from the new set Love Jar, I have one more card for you
I made this card for the hostess blog hop as well, but then I decided that it would have been too many projects in one post, so I am sharing it here instead.
The images are very versatile, don't you think?
 FRIEND
Tips: I did some reverse-masking. Basically, I stamped the jar on a piece of thin scrap paper, cut out the jar image and then use the cut paper as a mask. That way you can keep the jar image in one layer! By using Tim Holtz Distress Inks (Broken China & Faded Jean), the jar's shading was very easy to do. Here is a video if you are not familiar with this technique.

As you may know, I am giving this stamp set away. Please make sure that you enter a comment HERE to win (must comment before midnight Jan. 24 ,Eastern Time) if you have not done so.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Hope you have a great day!
