Hero Arts Hostess Blog Hop (Day 5)

 This is my 2nd post for today, for the latest CAS-ual Fridays challenge, please scroll down or click here!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
   Welcome to the Hero Arts Hostess Hop, featuring fabulous stamps from the new 2013 release!
If you’ve been following along, you’ve just arrived from sweet Kelly Booth's
 blog! Hero Arts will be awarding 3 prizes from randomly drawn comments. For a chance to win, simply comment on ANY of the stops along the hop on ANY day, including each day’s starting post at the Hero Club Blog. The more comments you leave, the better your chance of winning! If you find a broken link, you'll find a master list of the hop links at the Hero Club Blog.
First up, my card was made with Leafy Vines for the background and Children at Table as the focus. The sentiment is from this set called Friend, You're the Best. The Japanese Washi tape and faux stitching add some interest to the design. This card is perfect as a friendship card!
TRUE FRIEND
With the Children At Table wooden stamp, I made a brighter version! The embossed image (with Zing Embossing Powder) is so striking against the yellow background. I added the white Bazzill cardstock strips to brighten up the image. I think it will make a perfect thank you/hostess card !
Thanks for everything
After making two cards, I can't help making ANOTHER project with the same stamp.
THANKS
Kissing technique is always fun when is comes to solid silhouette images such as Children at Table and Friend Definition. I ended up making a tag for a loaf of homemade banana bread.
 My last project is created with this set called Love Jar. Instead of a card, I made a scrap-booking page of my nephew's cute little family. The best thing about stamping is that you can easily incorporate the images into a layout such as this one!
 006
I filled the love jar with hearts and "sand" ( brush with the mixture of Perfect Pearl and water) to go with the beach theme. I truly hope these new Hero Arts stamps spark your creativity!
Your next stop on the Hero Arts Hostess Blog Hop is the lovely and talented Vera Rhuhay. After you completed the entire hop, be sure to comment over Hero Arts Blog (Day 5)for an extra chance to win!
Blog candy giveaway!
I am giving away the Love Jar Stamp set and 6 sheets of  SRM Stickers right here in my blog (a total value of $30). The  random winner could be YOU!
All you need to do is:
1. Become a follower to my blog ( strongly encouraged, but not necessary). Thank you, thank you for following!
2. Leave a comment in this post before midnight Jan. 24, 2013 (Eastern Time)
