What Is Dr. John Thinking?

I haven't shared much about Dr. John lately. In case you miss seeing this feature, here's what's new... Last Sunday, he received a photo from a sweet blog friend Katie who follows my blog. Katie was traveling in Camano Island, in Northwest Washington and snapped this photo. As you can see, she just HAD to share it with Dr. John
Dr. John was quite amused as you can imagine! He then wrote Katie a thank-you e-mail. This was what he wrote:
Hi Katie,
I was trying to keep the location of my Batcave a secret (LOL). Thanks for taking the picture!
Sincerely, Dr. John

Hope this makes you smile :)

And of course, I could not complete the post without sharing a card! This card was made from last Sunday's Scramble card challenge (hosted by Linda) and it was made under 40 minutes. The challenge theme was embossing. Easy enough, right? I decided to do something out of the ordinary (at least for me).
you brighten my day
All you have to do is to have two colors of embossing powder ready to go. I did the white PARTIAL embossing first, then the RED one until the butterflies are fully covered with embossing powder! After the embossing, I saved the small amount of contaminated red embossing powder for next time's use! Something different, huh?

edited: this card is featured over Hero Arts Social Club today! Wow, what a pleasant surprise!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
