CAS(E) this Sketch!

I am very sketch-challenged! When I saw the challenge over CAS(E) this Sketch #22, I decided to give it a go. It's my first time playing CAS(E) this Sketch! How exciting :)
This tag card looks easy enough, right? Here is my take:
 thank you
I started out with this text stamp (on the tag ) from My Favorite (Hero Arts). I have been infatuated  with the water-color effects lately, so I decided to color the clear-embossed text. The color inspiration came from a page in Redbook magazine. The faux stitching are SRM Stickers! No  stitching involved! I will definitely try to do more sketch challenges!
Ding---> Do you love Emboss Resist technique? Why not kick it up a notch and incorporate water-coloring into your design? After embossing the image, you can paint the background over the embossed image with any colors that strike your fancy All you need are water color paper and a paint brush!

In case you miss seeing Ryan Gosling-inspired post, it's coming up next :)
Also, I have two cards (honey comb on p. 62 and graduation on p.107) published in this CARDS (May 2013) issue! I can't wait to get a hard copy!
If you happen to see this issue in the store, do check it out :)

Thanks so much for stopping by!
