The Play Date Cafe Challenge

I am making the last minute entry to the  Play Date Cafe Challenge. After making cards for Gallery Idol and design team assignments, I missing the impromptu challenges! I also got some new Hero Arts stamps and haven't inked them all up yet.
thanks a bunch-001
Supplies: Remember (Hero Arts),  Raspberry Mid Tone (Hero Arts), TH Distress Inks (Lilac Shades, Spun Sugar) by Ranger, vellum, SRM sticker (stitching and sentiment), gemstones (Hero Arts)
Ding----> Vellum comes in different colors (not just white)! You can try other colors to add a little wow factor. In this card, I used light pink (which is one of the color combo). Not only it adds a soft touch to the card, it enhances the background. Make sense? Here is a cool technique about embossing on vellum over Hero Arts Blog today. (note to myself: I must try that!)

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Oh yeah, I have colored vellum too from way back and I never use it! Great idea and such a free flowing feel to your lovely flowers.

You are so right! I have different colored vellum, that I love but never use because I forget out it! Yikes! This will be corrected soon, thanks to your tip!

I love that you said you were going to take a minute to play along.....you are such a talent. Great use of vellum and great tips, but I stay away from that stuff - scares me to try to adhere it. Love your card, Virginia!
