AE Challenge #1---Birthday

Avery Elle is having their first challenge!  Lately I find myself seeing these fun challenges and I just can't help wanting to be part of it! Recently I just got the cute Simon Says Stencil (Rainbow) and wanted to give it a whirl.
*Simon Says Stamp Stencil RAINBOW SSST121341
make a wish
I used this stamp set "To the Point" from Avery Elle. I mixed Distress Inks with some water, and then I colored the image with the stencil and this water brush pen. Lastly I gold-embossed the arrow and stamped the sentiment. I also stamped the very crooked lines around this square card. Lately I am obsessed with the gold strings.. so, there it is , again :)

I have a NEW feature coming up next in this blog! You definitely don't want to miss the fun!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

This is brilliant-Iove how you've made it circular and echoed the colours without exactly replicating the position! Have a lovely weekend- looking forward to the new feature!

2 things: Firstly, you and Dr. John must be so proud of Stephanie for all the wonderful work she is doing with 'Stand Up to Stigma'!!! Her video is amazing, too!!! I will continue to vote each day until the 3rd, and cross my fingers that everything works out well for her and the team!

I also meant to tell you that I can't wait to see your new feature! It's always fun to stop by your blog and see what your 'Creative Mind' has come up with...Thanks, Virginia!!!
