Make It YOUR Own

Have you bought any ready-made cards lately? I did! Well, you must be thinking that I am NUTS! As you can see, I make more cards than I can ever consume in my lifetime,so why in the world would I buy MORE cards? OK... here is the reason. I got a pack of 8 thank-you cards and envelopes from Michael's clearance bin for $ 0.50 ! Guilty? I think not :)

The quality of paper and envelopes are actually quite good and you certainly can't complain with the price you pay! I added my own stamping with masculine and feminine images. The best thing is you didn't need to do that fancy embossing for the sentiment! SWEET!

Stamps: Forever,  Past Times (Hero Arts), note cards (Michael's), inks (Hero Arts)

This little set of cards is perfect for a dedicated couple in my church! It turned out they love it! I am glad that something so simple can look pretty awesome! Anyone can do it! Well, I am happy to share a little fun idea with you.
Have a fabulous week!

Virginia, I love this idea! I actually bought the same exact package of thank you notes at Michael's and did the same thing at Christmas -- I made a bunch of Christmas thank you notes (blogged here: http://judyscardcorner.blogspot.com/2014/01/happy-new-year.html )
Your set is quite wonderful, I love the variety! They are a nice quality paper, aren't they? And hey, the packaging is great, too!

Great find and transformation! I always regret my $1 and $.50 purchases, so I don't even look any more!
