I made my card with Jane's Doodles Peonies. It is such a fabulous stamp set!

happy Birthday
About this card:
1. Start with masking and stamp the center yellow peony first and then gradually work around it.
2. Emboss two flowers on vellum and color the back of of the vellum flowers.
3. Emboss the sentiment in gold.
4. Attach a small circle to the velum flower, adhere to card stock with pop dots
5. Add sequins and small Perfect Pearl liquid droplets

I hope you like it!
