Fall Share

I must confess that blogging has compelled me to share.
I feel like I am a little kid who can't stand delayed gratification. I can't and don't want to wait for the candy that comes a few hours late. I want them NOW.
I guess that's just ME. What's wrong with me?
I must learn to

wait for it.

wait for it...

 I can't!

So here it is. LOL.
Fall scene in my backyard
This is the Fall card I made this morning. I just wanted to stamp and emboss. You know, the basics.
030
I just got the Penny Black stamp "Nature's Gift" yesterday, by the way!
Yesterday's leftover lunch
Ingredients: sliced turkey, carrots, zucchini (both boiled and sliced), crushed peanuts, Pad Thai sauce ( Hoisin sauce is another good alternative), glass noodles (Spaghettini is a good substitute), Vietnamese rice paper.
 Have a lovely fall day.

PS: In the last two months, I have been asked to do a Creative Blog Hop share from a few lovely friends-Alexandra, Leigh, Annette and Piali. I didn't think I should do it because I share all. the. time. The last thing you need to know are MORE details from me.

Just look at that photo of your stunning back yard, the lovely tree (that stamp set is on my wish list...), and your scrumptious meal. Please: do the creative hops! We love your gifts of creativity, no matter what their form! (And I have a quick question: where to you get your PB products?)

I love the fall colours here in Ontario. Sometimes I like to drive up north (Muskoka) to see them earlier in the season, they are so lovely! Your trees/shrubs have amazing colour variations ... love it! A terrific inspiration for your fabulous card. Thanks for the recipe (I'm always looking for new ways to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey LOL). Cheers!

Wow, LOVE your fall inspiration, Virginia! Well, that is, both your back yard, AND your pretty card. The gold embossed leaves really add oomph.

Even the food is comprised of the same color palette!
