Working with Intricate Dies

Hello there!
If you have a die cut machine that's not so sharp (like mine), this inlaid technique will be perfect for you! My Cuttlebug's B plates need to be replaced, and I haven't seen them at the local Michael's. I am going to resort to online shopping soon!

But wait, here is the bonus! This is the result with my inlaid die cut.
Thank you
Because the die cut is so intricate, you really didn't need to do much to enhance the design. I cut one out in the middle and then colored it with copic markers. Then I  die cut two more and LEFT them as is!
close-up
Supplies:  Calliope Flourish, Stitched Rectangles (Simon Says Stamp), Flight of Fancy , Fabulous Fuchsias (sentiment from Clearly Besotted), copic markers, gems (Michael's)
I also added a piece of green behind the colored images, so the colors will pop more. If your die cut machine gives you grief, this is a good one to try!
AND I can't believe that this is the LAST day of January! I want to thank you for hanging out with me here. I will be back tomorrow with the NEW Virginia View Challenge #12! See ya!

This is so wonderful, Virginia. All those colors are amazing. I can't find B plates at Michael's OR Joann's.
My hubby is headed to Boston tomorrow, where they have AC Moore stoes, so I'm putting him on the hunt. I'll be getting TWO packs, for good measure!

Beautiful card! Whose "Thank you" is that, please?

Thank you, everyone, for the kind comments.
Colleen, sorry that I linked the sentiment to the wrong set of stamps. It should be Fabulous Fuchsias from Clearly Besotted: http://www.clearlybesottedstamps.com/products/fabulous-fuchsias

Hanging out with you is always a treat...no thanks needed. This card is cleverly done...especially the white on white inlays...Reminds me of needlework on wedding gowns. Thanks for the inspiration.
