Solid and Outline Flower Dies

Hello, friends!
Recently, I had a little self-discovery....
that I love using stamps with outlined and solid flowers.
The evidence is here and here

So, what happens if you have outlined and solid flower dies?
...enter the Camellia from Penny Black.
I tell ya, it's heaven.
I made my first two cards and we are in business!
Again, I dug out my favorite mediums--vellum and alcohol inks.
you're beautiful inside and out.
I realized that I didn't want to throw away all the small die cut pieces from the petals. I  kept a few petals and I love this look!!!
The splatter is a mix of alcohol inks and blending solution.

.....and here is Card #2
Not too shabby, huh?
I added the white outlined flower and did some hand-stitching (top right corner).
Both sentiments are from this lovely set called Heartfelt.

Happy Sunday :)

OUTSTANDING! Absolutely LOVE those leaves - how did you apply the alcohol inks and blending solution? Did you smoosh them onto your craft sheet and then dip the vellum? Or did you add the inks to the vellum and then drop the solution onto them? Would really love to know. Those leaves are totally beautiful!

That colored vellum is incredibly impactful. Vibrant & delicate at the same time. The strip on the right is the perfect balance for your 1st card. The stitching is such a fabulous addition to the second card. Both are simply gorgeous.
