Use a Die as a Stencil!

Hello, friends!
It's nothing new to use a die as a stencil...but this one die is my absolute favorite and I can't get enough of it.
This time I used the die as a stencil and created a one layer card. If you love masking and ink-blending, this card is really fun to try!
smile--it's your birthday.
I recently got a few new TH Distress Inks and have been dying to try them out. This is such a fun way to get inky. The following photo shows you how I did it.
I used a freebie Tylenol post it pad and Washi Tape to block off the area that I didn't want to add colors to and worked on the smile circle one at a time. It's very low-tech, but it totally worked!

My friends over StampNation are running an online class (the class is open to all and you will have lifetime access). Here are info and details. There is a blog hop going on that you can comment to win one of 10 spots in the class (comments must be made by June 21st)!

From the founder of SN Catherine Pooler
About this class:"... We have been SO excited to release this class.  The mood boards are so darned inspiring and there are so many awesome techniques, tips and tricks you’ll learn along the way, we know you will refer to this class time and time again!"

AND lucky for me to give ONE spot away here in this post. Please let me know in your comment  that you are interested in taking this class by saying: you rock or a spot please. You have until 11:59 pm EST on Sunday, June 21st to leave a comment to be entered to win! I will announce the winner early next week.
Thanks for stopping by!

Love that die, too, so was immediately drawn to your card. Kind of remind you of balloons. The colors you chose so happy and perfect for the sentiment.

You Rock! You bet you do - I would absolutely love to win a spot in this class. I need all the help I can find. also, I really enjoy your cfards. They are almost always clean and stylish and they're never so busy and messy that the style can't be the star. I love your stuff!
