Hello friends!
Simon Says Stamps is celebrating summer with some fun and exciting new releases. Lucky for me to get a few items to try out. Here is the card that I made with this stamp set called "Ocean Dream"
It's a stamp and die combo set. This set makes me want to go cruising again!!!
You might be wondering if this is the same sailboat as the one (see below) in SSS July Card Kit...
The answer is no. This sail boat in Ocean Dream is more curvy and is slightly larger in scale and you can stamp and die cut it precisely.

I used my MISTI and inked up the the beautiful color inks from Simon Says Stamp, including this darker and brighter mint color called "Mint Candy"There are twelve new colors of ink in this new release....I know, right? I have my sights set on Laura's Pick (Hot Mama, Teeny Bikini, Lucky and High Dive)....how fun are those names, too!

I curved up the sentiment from "Sail Away"
The sentiment reads:
"She stood in the storm and when the wind didn't blow her way,
she adjusted her sails." by Elizabeth Edwards

Love that! I hope you enjoy seeing this post as much as I enjoy playing with these new stamps and dies.
