Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge #375

Welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Challenge !! Thank you for joining us for the  Add Some Shimmer Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too :-)
This week the challenge is...

Anything Goes

We are using  Art Impressions products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some, we love to see them used :-)  Art Impressions has many fun and hilarious stamps and it also offers quite a few watercolor-themed cling stamps from more elaborated ones (see here) and simple ones (see here).  For my project, I am using Watering Can .
This set comes with 4 small stamps. I decided to change up the suggested image a bit. With some masking and watercoloring, this card took some time to create.
The result was well worth it though.
live every day with intention

I figure that since I love to watercolor, why not doubling the fun? Again, I can not stress enough how using MISTI can be helpful in creating this card.

The image was entirely stamped and colored with Distress Inks.

I added droplets of Liquid Pearls on the watering can for fine details. Hope you like it.

As always, Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store!
So now it's YOUR turn ! Happy Crafting !!
There are fabulous Give Aways and inspiration from fabulous designers on a daily basis over on the Simon Says Stamp Blog . If you haven't subscribed by email, you may want to do so you don't miss out.
You have until Wed. 8am Eastern Time to join in :-)
Do you use Instagram ?  If so please add  #ssswchallenge to your challenge entry uploads so we can see them on there too !
I hope you check out the DT's work!  I can't wait to see what you create!!
Thanks for stopping by!

I happen to have two stamps from this company that I treasure. Your sprinkling can card is so lovely. Amazing how a humble watering can becomes a lovely, treasured card. So pretty, Virginia.

Hi Virginia! You did a great job with the masking! You've convinced me that I need a Misti. I love your painterly effect. I'm a sucker for watercolor. I love the look. I've given up on trying to control my watercolor and finally figured out that I just have to let it do what IT wants to do. Thank you for having me as the spotlight designer this month at SSS! Hugs,

Girl, you have such incredible coloring skills. There's something about a watering can that makes me nostalgic (weird, I know), so this card really speaks to me. Just adore it.

Gorgeous water can duo, Virginia! Just love your watercoloring! I now own a mini-MISTI too - still use my original a bit more often but, hey, I know it'll come in handy. Nice for travel too :)

This is so pretty Virginia - reminds of a gorgeous English summer garden (not that there's much evidence of that around here at the moment!!).

Virginia, What a pretty card! I just love what you did with those Distress Inks, and that touch of doily under the sentiment is the perfect garden-y touch. :)
