March 2018 Stamp & Die Bundle
March 2018 Stamp & Die Bundle

Honestly, there is just not enough time for me to PLAY with stamps these days.
I am not sure if you know, but I have been spending more time in running the Altenew Educator Certification Program since I started as a coordinator last November.  I am either e-mailing, marking the participants' entries or selecting participant and running survey ....etc.  Overall, it is keeping me out of trouble and people in the program seem to enjoy themselves!

BUT I find it more challenging to have time to CREATE!
Yup, I know, first world problem... 😀

Anyhow, I want to share another card from this March release.

Hope Stamp & Die Bundle
Hope Stamp & Die Bundle
(shop Simon Says Stamp here)

This is one of those easy-to-line up stamp sets. The die set comes with the word "hope"!
It's such a lovely font!  This card is nearly one-layer!

Special feature about this card:
~add a strip of glitter to the sentiment
~use the classy stripe Stencil in two-tone subtle background
~don't be afraid to mix colors (for the petal, I mixed pink and coral together)
~cover up the main image when adding splatter. It may look messy, but it is contained.

Morning Virginia, Boy do I know what you mean about finding time to stamp, I haven't even finished my Easter cards. This card I really would call STUNNING, that was my first thought, it is a wow card, just so lovely, I really love the glitter on it, just makes the whole card pop. Awesome post. I have shopping at SSS and Spellbinders to do today, so I am going to do it now while I am on your site so I don't forget to come back here. Thanks.

You did it again...made this stamp set come alive with your colors and sweet embellishing. That flower is amazing as is the beautiful sentiment.
