Pattern Paper + Intricate Die = ?

Hello friends!
This Flower Heart Thin Die proves to be quite the power house.
I had a play with it and boy, did I ever have more fun.

I purposely took out my pattern paper stash and thought it might be a good idea to use with the die!  I came up with two square cards. Both measure 4 1/2" x 4 1/2".

Card #1
square card #1
I cut out the images in pattern paper AND watercolor paper. After adding the colors to the die, I popped the die back like a puzzle.

Card #2
Heart Flower Card #2
For this card, I trimmed off the flowers (look like Sakura) from another solid card stock and inked up the edges and then adhered them to the original die cut flowers. This really accentuate the flowers in this die.

These are so pretty, Virginia! I'm loving what you're making with this die. It's great how the greens and yellows really pop against that patterned paper, and how beautifully CAS the second card is. Really, really lovely. Bev
