Creative Use of a Large Die

Hello friends!
I have some new goodies and put them to play/test....

Tiger Lily II (Penny Black)

After spraying the colors (I chose yellow, coral, red and hot pink) on Canson watercolor paper, I made the die cut with the Lily Tiger. I tried to get as many pieces as possible. Then I arranged them on the white card stock, and ran the entire piece through my old Cuttlebug with Stitched Rectangles.

wishing you a happy birthday

Since the Tiger Lilies were sprayed, the mist and shades of colors were not even and controlled. However, this gives the lilies an artistic and organic feel.
Wishing you (Close-up)
Hope this post inspires you to get the floral dies out and play!

The card is spectacular...those spray marks just add more texture and interest to it but what I really love is how you framed your sentiment. Just gorgeous.

Your colors are so striking. This die is excellent and your card is wonderful. You achieved dimension and lovely colors in this card. I like it very much. Best of all, it appears to be able to go through the mail. Lovely.
