My little tag was made with lots of FABULOUS products from Simon Says Stamp. I am loving the Poinsettia Stamp set and had made many projects with it already. This is the first time that I use the this stamp for tags.
Recently I got the Stitched Banner Dies and I thought the largest banner die (measures 2.5 x 6.5 ) would be perfect for making the tag. I simply made the diecut without using fish-tail. This is another way of stretching the banner dies! If you are on the fence about getting dies like this, you may want to re-evaluate?
I enjoy color-layering so much that I use the same technique with the solid Poinsettia Stamp again. In case you miss seeing my tutorial, you can check out my You Tube video and see how I inked up the poinsettia images (see here).
