Hello friends!
Welcome to Winnie & Walter's November 2016 Release Blog Hop.

warning: photo-heavy post
s

As the "Guest Star", I am so excited and delighted to be part of this hop!
I thought it would be fun to show you all the release products in a video....
I don't know what got to me...I made the video on Thursday! 😁
You can watch the video in my You Tube Channel here.
Becoming my YT subscribers has its privileges (early viewing and giveaways)....just saying.😉

If you watch today's video, you can see all the projects that I share in this hop (plus more).

This was one of the cards I made in this release.
wishing you

I love making wreath cards, as you may already know. This stamp set Frenchies Floral is absolutely amazing.

peace love joy

Regardless of your stamping level, you can easily create any floral designs. The large circle was die cut from Carly Cutaways (another GREAT die cut set).

My 2nd card card for the hop was created with the word die "NOEL"
noel-001

I have been having so much fun creating my own plaid and here's how I did it.
My DIY plaid paper didn't look so good till it dried.. the colors are more soft and muted.
By adding clear-embossing powder, the sentiment gets the shine and colors just pop.

And because it was easy to do, I made two of them!
two cards

I decided to add the deer antlers (from "Comfort & Joy")over the "O". I think it worked nicely!😉
NOEL

For my 3rd project, I used Essentials Carly Cutaways and Harleen Creative Screenings.

for you (2)

I had so much fun with the screenings. The background was stenciled in 3 steps-stenciled twice (slightly shift the stencil after first time). Then I added white emboss paste and glitter.

I adore this Carly Cutaways since two inner circles will come in handy for your everyday paper crafting. The tiny hole detail about the circles are awesome.
for you-001

This large circle card is perfect for mailing as it fits nicely in a regular A2 size envelope.
This circle card is 100% embossed and stenciled. You can find out all the supplies are listed below with Inlinkz.

The horns on the o is brilliant. Love these!

Fantastic projects!! I love the way you die cut "noel" from patterned paper; great look! And I am completely floored by the way you made the background on the "for you" tag!! It seems simple until you look closer at all the detail and understand the steps required to create the look. Very nice indeed!

Love how you used the negative and positive
die cuts to make two cards. the plaid
is great. The diamond pattern in the first
card is really pretty. Amazing that you
made it - looks like paper.
Mixing the fruit and flowers for the
wreath was a great idea.
thanks for sharing so many
wonderful ideas.

Super inspiration!

Virginia!! Oh my gosh, you totally ROCKED the noel die with your own plaid and those golden antlers! I don't think you could make that card better if you tried, everything about it is perfect! The fact that the "O" is higher than the rest of the letters gives it even more prominence and focus. What a way to show that one off, would be perfect to mass produce for Christmas if you used patterned paper. So glad you're the grand prize challenge winner : )xo, Kelly
