Mix Up Your Stamps and Dies

Hello friends!

I don't know about you, but sometimes I tend to use the same stamp sets over and over and do not mix them up with other stash that I have.

Today's post is about just that.

I took a stamp set Birds and Blooms 

and Poinsettia Bough Thin Die

and mix them up...

I purposely colored the bird images just slightly (with Wink of Stella clear and gold).
I wanted the poinsettia to be the focal point. The poinsettia was colored with mostly Distress Inks and a few touches of Wink of Stella.  The sentiment was stamped in my favorite gold ink-Delicata Gold.


 The most fun part was adding the Nuvo Crystal Droplets.

I sure hope that you have a merry day as well. I jut came home from a 6-hour drive from my in-laws. Winter road trips can be a little unpredictable. Thankfully, it was a smooth ride!
