D is for....Dad's Card with Alphabet Dies

Hello friends!

Since Father's Day is just around the corner (THIS very Sunday June 17th exactly!)...
it's time to share a Father's Day card!
The latest Mega Alphabet D Die from Altenew comes in handy.
If you have someone with the initial D, here is another reason to get the letter D!

Due to its size, I teamed it up with

This is my result.

The cool thing about this card is textures! You've got the shiny foil card stock and linen-like textures.  The background was stamped in two colors with Rustic Linen.

I then made a die cut with the alphabet in gold foil card stock AND in white.

I did some ink-blending (on the negative part of the letter D) and added Nuvo Glitter with the help of an old paint brush. That left me a glittered D without the mess as it dried very quickly!

This card is perfect for my kids to give to Dr. John.
My Dad passed away 8 years ago and I miss him.
Thanks for stopping by!
