Hello friends!
I am popping in with a one layer card!
When I first saw this cling stamp....
I thought: "Do I NEED an apple stamp"? It turned out.... I DO!
I mean, look at the details of this cling stamp! I was amazed after using it.

I had a blast adding layers of colors with Distress Oxide.
As you can also tell, I love taking card with the apples! I did all this just yesterday!
You can use any markers or watercolor medium to add colors to this fabulous wholesome cling stamp. I love how Distress Oxide mix and blends, so I resorted to use them for my inking today.

The shine and textures from the chunky Crystal Clear Embossing Powder is amazing.

Since there are no Mini Cubes for Distress Oxide available in the market, it is slightly tricky to apply every bit of color into certain area of the image (in this case, the apple and leaves).

After making this card, I realized that this IS the kind of videos that is worth filming....
I know, I know. I should make a video!
However, with some paper towels and one surgical/plastic glove, I was able to manipulate the colors and get it into the right spot. MISTI is also a must for this purpose.

Beautifully detailed stamp! Gorgeous stamp set!
Love the results you achieved Virginia! Beautiful apples!
Wonderful apples.
Right between the eyes...that's how this apple card hit me when I saw it. It looks like some fancy litho print on somebody's logo. Perfection.
Absolutely awesome!
Your apple looks good enough to eat!!! I think your challenge of using oxide ink was well worth the effort.
Love this, V! They look good enough to eat!
Wow! Just amazing work!
such a gorgeous card! those apples look so real. :)
Very interesting texture this gives the apples. I love it!
This is a stunning card, Virginia. I love this kind of stamps, but I have never succeeded to apply inks properly. You're right, a video would be really helpful! - Sweet Kobylkin
The embossing powder adds such an amazing g touch to the card. I would never have even thought of buying an apple stamp-- your card sure makes me rethink that idea!
Dear Virginia: Can you explain how to use the embossing powder. Do you just sprinkle it and use a heat gun.
Thank you. Ann a.gorgone@yahoo.com
