Hello friends!
I am sharing a very colorful folksy card today.

Shapeabilities Nordic Blooms Etched Dies Folk Art
from: Spellbinders
This set of Nordic Blooms is so much fun to create! The Scandinavian design have always been very popular. Their folk art is particularity famous for the homespun feel.
Since it is folksy and Nordic, I tried to use it in a very rustic and organic form.
With the dies in place, I did dry embossing first and then colored it with the help of the dies and Distress Oxide.
The sentiment is from Altenew's Folksy Florals Stamp Set which is a great set for Nordic designs.
You can find all the Nordic Dies from Spellbinders HERE.

I'm not sure what 'dry embossing' is. However, I think you made a card that in color in very Nordic. Your casrd is very unique and pretty!

Okay girl, you sold me this Nordic set. Love the folkart anyway and surprised I didn't have it. The technique you used is one I wouldn't have though of but I'm going to give it a try now. Looks awesome on your card.
Pretty and colorful card design.
As always, you have showcased these Nordic blooms beautifully, Virginia! I love the effects of Oxide inks on your design...so creative!
