There is no fancy techniques involved....
just plain old color-pencil coloring.
I am using this stamp Good Neighbors as my example.

I took out my color pencils.

My problem with coloring? I have little patience.
The best thing I can do is coloring the images in smaller chunk of time each time.
HERE are all the essential supplies for good pencil-coloring.
I plan to do more coloring this summer when I go on vacation. This Good Neighbors
cling stamp is ideal for novice/beginner colorers!
The sentiment from "Happy Wishes" (Penny Black) has some awesome uplifting nature-themed messages. It is perfect for any nature or floral cards.

Such a happy, sweet card. Love the colors you chose. Terrific pencil shading, as well.
Love the soft colors used for the coloring. This stamp would be a great one to use to get lots of coloring practice for sure.
So adorable Virginia. It's just so gorgeous
WOW Virginia, your pencil colouring is amazing. (I find it hard to colour for long periods too as my fingers go numb AND I am not the most patient myself. LOL)
I just popped over to PB and your card there is gorgeous too. Well done on both counts!
So very pretty! Beautiful coloring!
Very pretty. My hands get tired when coloring and sometimes I have trouble deciding what colors to use.
This is so pretty! Patience is a virtue!!!
What a fun post with so many awesome projects, the party banner is definitely a labor of love, for sure!
Those are very beautiful. Love them. Johanne Lacombe
