Altenew Fine Bouquet Die with a Light Bulb Moment

Hello friends!
I am popping in with another take with the new Fine Bouquet Die from Altenew.
This was my first card with this die. Isn't is lovely?

Altenew-FineBouquetDie-FancyGreetings-Virginia#2

As the die is super fine and delicate, it really is effortless to create anything.
Here is my 2nd take with this die.
hi (2)

I colored the flower and leaves with Watercolor Brush Markers on Bristol paper.
Once dried, I added the die cut piece over, The Ombre Sentiment completed the design.
Ding--->do not underestimate the power of pattern paper. Here I took out a stripey navy pattern paper and die cut with Fine Bouquet Die! Once I have done that, the rest was easy. The blue and white edged lines really give this die a very distinctive elegant look.

I felt that the flowers needs a little wow factor, so I added some glitter and sequins.

I hope that you are inspired to use more of your stripey paper !

I love the one with the flower stamped in gold (and I usually don't like gold very much) ;-) Well done

Love the first card AND the second. Love the gold embossed and the stripey look of the rose. I just need to start using pattern paper for more than backgrounds!

Love your light bulb moment... using patterned paper on thin dies works to make a subtle but cool look!

I believe that stripes and florals are always a terrific combo...they certainly were in your case with this beautiful card. They work together so well.
