Build-a-Flower-SnapeDragon (Take 2!) and a Light Bulb Moment

Hello friends!
I am popping in to share my 2nd take with the Build-a Flower (Snapdragon)

Altenew-BAF Snapdragon-Virginia#4
(my first version)

After my first take with the cool color combo, I wanted to do a warm and vibrant version.

If you follow the stamp guide insert from the package, you will succeed!

Although it is awesome when you can get precise layer stamping, it is not always easy to get the perfect alignment (ask me how I know!). I do want to point out that stamp set like this set is "forgiving" when you take an "artistic " route.

Ding---> when using a stamp set, pay attention to the small abstract image. You can use it to create a foreground/background! For example, I stamped with one of the floral stamp ( that looks like dots) with Silver Watercolor Brush Markers from Winter Watercolor Set.

As you can see, the dotty foreground matched wit the pattern paper that I used.
This truly is a great way to stretch your stamp set and make it work.

Both are BEAUTIFUL! I have all the inks for layering and some Altenew stamps I just haven't done it yet! Being a perfectionist... but you inspired me to try this weekend!

I love both your snapdragon cards! The one on today's post is so bright and since I love pink is probably my favorite. The dots you created from the stamp using the silver watercolor brush adds so much texture to your card. Also like how you ran the sentiment up the side of the card so that it repeats. Gives a really cool look to the card.
