Color-Layering with Distress Oxide

Hello friends!
I am sharing a super colorful card.
You see, I used Distress Oxide and they have chalky-like pigment in them.
Once the colors are mixed, you get the fun color pallet! Totally fun and unique.

I have created nearly the same kind of cards before.
But with each new stamp image, it gets all the more exciting each time.

The fun part about creating cards like this is that you can add any colors as you wish and the results are always so pretty and the process is never boring....
thank you

I started out with stamping the main image with various colors.
Gradually, I added colors to one small area at a time and this can be easily achieved with the help of MISTI.

Before I inked up the background, I clear-embossed the entire image. After that, I then added more colors to the background.  The hardest part is that you need to allow the colors the blend and dry in between.

For the embellishment, I used part of the Burlap Edge Border Die to complete the design.
I kept the sentiment super simple as well.

fabulous Virginia. More oxides are on my list for when I go to the craft fair in July. Can't wait to try something like this soon.
