Stamp Focus -Spring Fling

Hello friends!
It is time for me to share Stamp Focus with you over Altenew Card Blog.
The featured stamp set is Spring Fling Stamp/die Bundle. Hope you are having a beautiful Spring-y kind of day so far ...because today's Stamp highlight is all about "Spring Fling" Stamp & Die Bundle.

This set comes with many cute images and are perfect for creating Spring and Baby related projects. I have created 3 cards and you will see how versatile and fun this set is!

Card #1: hello

Technique: stamping on pattern paper, die-cutting

The easiest way to create is using pattern paper. Summer Garden Paper Pack offers some whimsical images and pattern. I stamped the leaf image and die cut the images from the paper.
The two inks I used are Wisteria and Grass Field. The "Fancy Hello" Die and some of the images are die cut from Summer Garden Paper Pack. I added some clear glitter to the die cut images, so they will stand out.Altenew-SpringFlingStampDieBundle-Virginia#5

Card #2 happy birthday
Technique: stencil, ink-blending, masking

With the Floral Mandala Stencil in place, I applied Sunray and Baby Pink on Crest White Card Stock to create a colorful background. I also stamped the images soft and lightest color from our March 2019 Ink Collection.

After die-cutting the pieces, I arranged them by using a negative circle die. This helped to group the small images in an invisible circle. Once I was happy with how they looked, I added foam tape and popped up the images.

I then stamped the sentiment (Trendy Circle), added a piece of Golden Edge Washi Tape and heart-shaped Enamel Dot (Pocketful of Sunshine). This card is perfect for someone who is celebrating birthdays in Spring!

Card #3 (Congratulations/I am jumping for joy for you)

  Altenew-SpringFlingStampDieBundle-Virginia#9 (2)

Technique: Stamping in Watercolor Brush Markers, Die-cutting, inlaid die-cutting Altenew-SpringFlingStampDieBundle-Virginia#10

I stamped the bunny in the middle and floral images with Watercolor Brush Markers. After stamping and die-cutting with "Weekend Doodles", I popped up the wreath and left the bunny in the middle. This gives a nice and cohesive look on the wreath. I used Essential Rock Collection for the layering paper. This card is perfect for Parents-to-be or for anyone who is celebrating a special life event.

As you can see, I had lots of fun creating these happy Spring-related cards. I hope that you enjoy today's Stamp Focus on Spring Fling.  May the force be with you!
