Stencil Your Way

Hello friends!
I am popping in with a post about using the larger size stencil called Floral Garden Stencil.
This is a TWO-step stencil.
You are supposed to flip the stencil once you apply colors the flowers or leaves.

Please know that I did NOT follow instructions and I did my own stenciling.😁
Therefore, the pattern is completely random.
It is kind of amazing how each flower can easily match with the leaves.
To me, that was fun to stamp my own background. I have yet to try the normal way ....

I chose pink and purple and inked up the floral images with various angles.

For the subtle golden touches, I used Enchanted Gold Pigment Ink.
See the small dots? I inked up the Q-Tip/cotton tip and "stamped"...
The Enchanted Gold Pigment Ink is so rich and juicy that it produces the perfect impressions.

To tone down the busy pattern, I added heart vellum ( with stacked dies) and adhered the stickers "XO" and that's it.

Very pretty! Love the flower style and the colours, and the use of the vellum!
That is a great idea using the Q-tip! Think I need that stencil!

The way the Floral Garden Stencil works is such a great idea. I love the colors you used for the flowers. The gold really adds a nice touch. I keep Q-tips handy in my craft room too and am always using them for something.

Beautiful color combo and a very cherry card. Anyone would love to get this in their mailbox, for sure! This is my fave stencil in this release.

I love the combination of pink and purple flowers that you used with the Floral Garden stencil. The nice bright green also reminds me that it IS spring! What a happy and gorgeous card! If you wouldn't have told us that you hadn't followed the two-steps of that stencil, I would have never been any wiser! Thanks for your ideas and sharing your talent with all of us! It is so greatly appreciated! Margaret R
