Hello friends!
I have fun post about stretching your stamps and dies.
The concept is nothing new.
However, it is always fun and refreshing to see how the stamps and dies are used in creative ways. I hope today's post sparks your creativity and imagination.
I am using the following stamp "Bunches For You" as my example.
Obviously, we can stamp the image and color it as is.
Done. End of the story.
First comes with the "stretch the stamp" part.
I decided to use it as a fancy border stamp and came up with this.
See the background? I stamped the "Bunches For You"
I also added a piece of hand-town vellum to underneath the die cut.
Next comes the "stretch the die" part....
I die cut extra pieces of the die and used them as part of the embellishment.
This also helps create a sense of movement.
Thank you for stopping by!

Using the Bunches For you stamp as a border gives you lots of room to use the large birthday sentiment. Love the Floral Strip die in the glitter paper, looks so pretty with the cracked pistacio and the torn vellum adds lots of texture. I am enjoying the Stretch Your Stamps and Dies series.
Beautiful! I love the vellum and the green stamped background!
LOve how you effortlessly (it seems) create these gems. That simple stamping really comes to life with your add those sparkly diecuts.
Very pretty card and thanks for these stretching ideas.
Cleverly done Virginia. Always good to get the most out of your stamps and dies. Love the glittery gold on your dies.
