Time to Kiss.... The Stamp Again!

Hello friends!
The title of this post is very telling, right?👄
Altenew-aWalkInThe Woods-Virginia#5

Over a week ago, I had a Stamp Focus Feature "A Walk in the Woods" over Altenew Card Blog (see here). I mentioned that I have another post about this particular background stamp.
Be sure to scroll down to the very end of this post to see some REAL wood-grain!

Well, here it is today! My 4th card with this large stamp.
This time I took out "A Study in Watercolor" and made them KISS!
So, this happened when they kissed! 💋💋

What do you think?

I adhered the entire piece to pink fun foam. I then die cut the pieces and arranged them all over the card front.
thank you for the kindness
This process can be broken down in the following steps:

1.  stamp A Study in Watercolor in various ink color
2.  stamp A Walk in the Woods" over the colored image (A Study in Watercolor)

thank you (2)

3. die cut and arrange the pieces
4. add enamel dots and sentiment
thank you

Ding---->When is "Stamp-kissing" is a good idea?
Usually, you pick a solid stamp (A Study in Watercolor ) and a stamp with detailed pattern ( "A Walk in the Woods"
thank you for your kindness

I hope today's post inspires you to try "Stamp-Kissing".
These are my 4 cards with "A Walk in the Woods".

Beautiful cards Virginia, the kissing technique looks great on these blooms.
Speaking of blooms your Trillium's are beautiful. We have the deep plum coloured ones that grow wild in and around our property here also, a few white but mostly the plum. My husband has picked me a small bouquet of them every year for the past 40 years he & our 7 y/o grandson brought me a bouquet yesterday. They are so lovely.

The Trillium flowers are beautiful. Love the pure white (like in Gardenias). The stamp kissing idea is perfect for the Study in Water color set! The pink foam idea really was a good one and it all came together for a pretty card.
