Creative Use of Dies with Vellem

Hello friends! 

I am sharing a project with Penny Black's new release "First Snow".

This die "Reindeer Leaps" just became available now over Scrapbook.com

There are many elements in this card in terms of products, techniques and details.

 I am breaking down each element and that way,  you can easily see what were involved in creating this card. 

Deer:  I used my own DIY color paper and made the die cut with the silver Washi Tape

Frame: first, I stamped the card stock with the new "Snowflake Pattern" with Distress Oxide. I then took two dies out and cut out the smaller rectangle.

 

Sentiment:  the sentiment from "Frosty Hello" was white-embossed onto vellum and was added to the rectangle.

Vellum: the vellum piece was then adhered to the back of the rectangle. I then popped the deep on top and that was it.

  

Since the die offer so many intricate details, I didn't think it needs to be embellished.
