Hello friends!
If you love large flower bouquet designs, today's post is not to be missed!
I started out with a leftover kraft card stock (Thunderstorm Stencil). I never throw any good card-stock away, so I "needed" something for the card-stock.
I then stamped and die cut the flower bouquet from Simply Spring Stamp & Die Bundle. With ink-blending, it took less time to add pops of colors to the stamped image.
For someone like me (who has little patience in coloring), I love to take these short cut. Obviously, if you love and can spend time -coloring, all the more power to you and your project!!
I stamped the outline in brown to match the kraft card stock. Then is all came down to DETAILS.
In order to keep the large focal point contained, I added Faux Stitching around all the edges. this really helps you draw your eyes in. It is containing the mess, so to speak.
I love how the fine lines elevate this bouquet design!
You likey? I sure do! Thank you for stopping by!

Beautiful bouquet and I agree about the little details - your faux stitching is perfect!
so gorgeous!!
Your large bouquet design is gorgeous. I love the look of the large bouquets as they are intimidating. What do I do with all of the space to fill in and have it look halfway decent. Your idea definitely fills the bill and makes a lovely card. The faux stitching it a perfect addition!!
