Hello friends!
I have a quick card with Washi Tape to share.
If you have dies like Tropical Leaf Die Set, you can easily create a card in a jiffy. ANY dies with recognizable shapes such as leaf or flowers can be used.
This time, I took out pieces of Enjoy The Ride Washi Tape and applied them to card stock. Once I I had the Washi paper ready, I went ahead and die cut the leaves.
One thing I would suggest with using Washi Tape is that to use light-medium card stock. This will make the die-cutting so much easier.
I always find it fun and therapeutic to arrange nature themed arrangement. This is no exception.
I did add some shine with Stickles Glitter Gel (Ranger) with Thunderstorm Stencil. This gives some subtle shine without disrupting the overall design.
I hope that you enjoy this simple technique with Washi Tape and Die-cutting.
Thank you for stopping by!

What a great idea to use the patterned Washi tape for the leaves! Mixing the Washi tape patterns adds such a unique look and texture to the leaves. Adding in the glittered rain with the stencil completed the look for a great card. As you mentioned, the stickles glitter gel adds subtle shine and is perfect to balance out the patterned leaves.
