I hope this post finds you well. Sometimes I spent way too much time in creating just one card. And that's ok ...because I enjoy and love the process! However, I also enjoy making cards that are fast and easy. Today's card was inspired by a circle card I made for the Altenew Embossing Folder release.
I find myself making the same shape card over and over again.... If you look through my cards, they are nearly all vertical rectangle cards! I know Even though I am in the habit of making the same, I do not foresee myself in changing too much drastically. I am determined to make a conscientious effort to change it up from time to time.

First of all, cards with dry-embossing folder do not have to be rectangles! Just because the shape of the embossing folder is rectangles should not dictate the shape of your card.
Here is my 2nd take of a circle card. I started out with two large circles and dry-embossed one.
I was so intrigued by the new look and forgot to add sentiment. I might as well keep it plain for future needs. This works well as a large gift tag as well. Bonus!

I love your circle cards. I know what you mean about making same shape cards. I only made 2 circle cards, all others rectangle. It's nice to change it up a little now and then.

You've certainly made the most of this new embossing folder. Love the embossed card. Never thought to use a shaped card with these folders. Thanks for the idea...you may see a CASE of it.

What. a lovely card! The shape,of the rose really lends itself to a circle card. The coloring is really pretty!
I like your circle cards! Your dry embossing looks so neat. Mine always looks messy... Still trying to get the hang of it.
